Seir Hill Biscane Non-alcoholic Rum Alternative

As someone who has been in the process of opening up a zero alcohol bar, I've tried to sample and experiment with many different N/A spirits and, when it comes to rum, there hasn't been anyone that has really been able to nail that dark rum flavor. However, after watching The Sober Barkeep on YouTube, I saw him review this and had to get myself a bottle.I have to say, after trying this, it puts all of the other N/A dark rums to shame. It's rich in flavor, has a smooth mouthfeel, and plays very …well in many different mocktails. Seriously though, if you're looking for alcohol-free rum, I highly recommend giving this a try.
