This is my favorite of the Seedlip flavors - mildly vegetal. I love it with ginger ale. It's not cheap, but I only use about 2 oz per 6 oz ginger ale, so that's about 12 drinks. Tastes like having a cocktail without the alcohol. Highly recommended!

I enjoy mixing this diet tonic water and ice at the end of the day. Its a refreshing alcohol alternative.
