I finally got to try this during the holidays. I loved it since I am on antibiotics and can't drink anything. This had just the right mix of exotic vermouth flavor to make my drinks seem like they ought to have alcohol, but they don't have it.

This is a pleasant aperitif. Light, crisp, doesn't overwhelm the tastebuds. Truly worthy of pre dinner enjoyment. I like the thyme and rosemary. Interesting taste paired with a hint of sweet. I have had it as is over ice, and have made it as a spritzer with a dash of club soda. I have gone further with it and used it as a base for non alcoholic cocktail by adding in ginger beer and a couple of cherries. That was fun, but I must say that I really liked it as is, or with the club soda. I may try …tonic sometime soon. I prefer it a more dry taste, but it isnt overly sweet. Thinking a splash of grapefruit, or a lemon slice would pair very nicely. Ooh, a sprig of thyme or rosemary for garnish as well as a slice of lemon would look nice, smell nice, and enhance the taste. For those that prefer a little booze but not a lot of alcohol, I imagine this would do well as a halfsie.Needs to be refrigerated after opening. Since I don't want it taking up space in my fridge, I will be drinking this daily until gone. For shame, haha.Good experience. Piqued my interest in their other offerings. Really enjoying my new "drink" ritual. My body doesnt seem to tolerate alcohol, yet I enjoy the ritual of preparation.. so finding new and fun ways to enjoy a drink without all the fall out has been a pleasurable adventure. Very pleased to have tried this brand.

I really love vermouth, the alcoholic kind :) So believe me when I say this non-alcoholic version hits all the right notes! I enjoy it on the rocks without any mixers, and I don't miss the alcohol at all. It has a balanced flavor profile in keeping with the aromas and flavors typical in vermouth: floral, herbal, and fruity, with that bittersweet finish I love. I hope Roots Divino keeps producing this product for years to come!

This review is for Roots Divino Bianco Non Alcoholic Vermouth.I absolutely won't drink anything that isn't sweet. I hate black coffee and I don't drink wine or alcohol if it is bitter, so I am pleasantly surprised that I really like this drink which I highly recommend. I think it makes the perfect martini. I usually drink apple martinis but I'm quite impressed with this. It's not as sweet as an apple martini and it's more crisp. It's also a bit spicy, a subtle sweetness with a little bit of spi…ce and nice and crisp.

Roots Divino Bianco Non Alcoholic Vermouth works well in cocktails but doesn't taste great on its own. I used it as part of the bar offerings for a post-season tennis party and those who were driving appreciated the option to partake without actually consuming alcohol. I would repurchase and will try the other flavor.

As you can see, I am already halfway through this sucker because I cannot stop drinking it! I have been sober almost 3 years and was a pretty big wine, champagne and gin drinker. I adored Campari and vermouth martinis when I went to restaurants, and I have really been left wanting in regard to cocktails. I have tried them all. The NA bourbons, tequilas, gins, vodkas, whiskeys, wines and Proseccos. None of them have tickled the palate quite like this blend of thyme, rosemary and wormwood.I genui…nely do not understand the low ratings this product has gotten, and it honestly surprises me. This is a really high-end NA alternative and covers the lightly sweet, sour and bitter flavors we expect from a vermouth. All while achieving a dryness that is nearly unheard of in NA options. The flavor is fantastic. As with all NA products, expecting that familiar "burn" that you get while drinking real alcohol isn't present. This can have people giving super low ratings with things like "this tastes like flavored water" when in reality, you're just looking for the aromas and essences from the base ingredients. Alcohol enhances these notes. When you remove the alcohol, what is left behind is what the product botanicals and ingredients actually taste like.I definitely recommend this product for several reasons. They nailed the essence of a vermouth. Secondly, the bottle is gorgeous and perfect for gifting. Thirdly, I feel like I now have a proper ingredient to make NA martinis and that makes me beyond happy. Delicious and highly recommended.

I have tried many NA mixers and beverages. This is a standout. Great flavor, stands up in cocktails, and just an overall win in my book.

This is like WOW. It arrived in a nicely bubbled box but did not come inside a box or with a booklet like their Tequila variety did. It came as a stand alone but fully in tact. Once I cracked open the bottle and I could smell the aroma, I was excited to try. The aroma from the bottle alone is enticing and full of flavor. This has an amazingly similar profile flavor to Dry Vermouth. It has the true dryness with the citrusy sweetness to it and those subtle earthy undertones. Hard to describe but …very very good. Just a little ice, lemon and soda water for me and this makes a great night time sipping beverage. You could also add a splash of orange juice if you wish. Would buy again. This is fantastic.

Disclosure: This was sent to me for free via the Vine program. I did not receive monetary compensation to write this review, just the product itself.I'll admit, with my current spate of sicknesses, this bottle kinda fell by the wayside. I got it via Vine...awhile ago and honestly have just been too sick to review it. You know how sick you gotta be to not review a N/A alcohol? Pretty sick. But today I was feeling okay and decided I wanted a nice dram to cool me down on a hot day. Looking through… my bevvy of beverages, I pulled this one out and decided "what the hey" and poured myself a glass. I know, I'm the pinnacle of professionalism. So, let's get into the nitty gritty of it:Nose: The nose screams "LEMONS" at the top of it's voice. It's a very citrus-y nose but with an herbal depth to it. I can sense the thyme but there's more to it, almost like an anise and wormwood aroma as well. But the majority of the nose is lemon and thyme, which tracks with the ingredients. It also has an "alcohol" like aroma, too, which I find interesting. It's got a bit of burn in the nose that comes with evaporating ethanol.Taste: Starts off tart, with a citric acid like tang, that blows fully into hearty lemon and, natch, thyme. The sweetness is fairly refined on this and doesn't overwhelm the tart and herbal qualities to it, which is very nice. Getting the balance on a N/A spirit is hard to do. That said, I wouldn't really classify this as a vermouth, per se. An apertivo, sure, but not necessarily a vermouth. I'm trying to think of what cocktail you could sub this in for vermouth and I honestly think it's got too much of a citrus punch to be subbed in to any vermouth cocktail. It's good though.Overall, this is a solid product. I wouldn't go so far as to say "yes, this is a vermouth" because it just doesn't...fit that mold. It's too...zingy and citrus forward and fresh to be a vermouth, which generally has a bit more muted depth. That said, it IS a very good product. This would be lovely with soda and ice or in any other cocktail you think you could cook up for it. I can't speak as to the price of it (it's currently unavailable as of 5/16/23) but if it falls in line with the rest of the Roots Divino line, I'd say it'd be about $40 which I would actually pay for this one as it seems to be very versatile as a citrus-forward spirit. So yeah, I'd say get it. If you can. Which you can't right now. Shame.
