My husband needed a knife for the bar and I settled on this one. I have to admit, I hesitated because it looks weird to me with the squared off end. Not sure about the advantage of the straight end, but I can tell you, this thing is sharp like everyone says. It's the first thing my husband said about it. Thankfully, it comes with a blade cover. My husband likes the wooden handle too.

Very sharp and a little tricky to hold for a "leftie"

I love this knife. I bought this after using it at my sister’s house. Her husband has converted their garage into a full bar and uses this knife to cut citrus fruit, primarily. Well made, very sharp, and is the perfect tool for the job.

Not much to add. It’s a wonderful bartender knife that simply get the job done. It is razor sharp. Comes with a sheath. Nice grip.

Bought this to add to my bar kit for work and it is absolute fire. The blade comes sharp enough that you only need to sharpen it if you’re obsessed with pressure slicing tomatoes. It makes quick work of citrus and makes taking the pith off of a peel a cakewalk.

Most beloved tool now at our cocktail bar in Fort Wayne. Sharp, stable, perfect for citrus and other garnishes. Worth it.
