I needed a wide wooden mallet to seperate cubes of ice when i buy a bag. This is exactly what was needed and suits my purpose wonderfully. Very solid and extremely well made.

It is what it is. It’s a wooden hammer and does what a wooden hammer does. I’ve only used it lightly so far, but it seems to be of decent quality.

I am sooooo pleased with this mallet! It is well made and a perfect size and weight for me. It is small and lite, but that is just what I need.

The weight, and point of balance along with the overall dimensions, angle of the striking surfaces and quality of material and assembly, is working perfectly with my various speacialty wood chisels.

I would say this mallet is great for detail work,Dovetails etc. Nice feel to it comfortable to use and gets the job at hand done!

Solid quality

I was looking for a little hardwood mallet for chisel work and did not want to take the time to find or glue up a suitable block to make my own. Ordered this one, it arrived right away and is just what I wanted.Usually mallets of this kind are too large for light work with small chisels. One ends up using a stick or something. This is ideal. I am using it and I am happy.

We’re using this for our children’s Passion Play at church. It’s the perfect size and weight and look to deliver the message of when Jesus was nailed to the Cross.
