I was looking for a large Pyrex measuring cup for making my Hummingbird nectar.I only wanted an 8 cup but purchasing it alone is really pricey.The 4 cup is perfect for my 2 feeders.I make a batch in the morning and another in the evening. I don't want to add more feeders because it gets pretty hot here in the summer so I like to refill my feeders in the late afternoons when they are in triple digit temps so my hummers don't have boiling food.I fill them twice a day in summer and two feeders kee…p me busy enough. lol* this actually makes it easier to keep them clean.Even tho I didn't think I needed the other two cups I've discovered I did, very happy with this purchase and it arrived very quickly!!
