This is an amazing bar knife, perfect for prepping fruit, peeling thin zest, and making fun designs. Strong and versatile, highly recommended.

Great product, strong thick blade not for delicate cuts. Handle dried out, keep it oiled.

Looks really good and does the job well... but it’s a bit tough to clean.
