First, the bottle was cracked and leaking when I received it, so I decanted it into a mason jar. I’ve since used it in drinks, both hot and cold, alcoholic and nonalcoholic and it’s delicious. Lavender goes well with lemon, and I sub it for simple syrup in any lemon cocktails. My favorite is a lavender Gin Gimlet.

This is perfect for making my iced lavender honey lattes! Lavender flavor is subtle but just enough to taste the lavender and not overpowering. It is on the pricey side but it is definitely worth it especially for the ingredients. Will definitely repurchase and highly recommend.

The flavor is delicate and very sweet, so you do not need to add much to make a flavorful carbonated beverage. Adding alcohol may blunt the sweetness.
