Best strainer in the house. I keep it by my station at all times. I’ve been Bartending for over a decade and personally this is my favorite. It can be tricky to find a place to keep it since there is no hook but it’s still my go-to (I’ll go find this one when there are strainers hanging all around me). It’s balanced, and the spring is top notch. The spring removes easily to make fizz’s and flip’s, and importantly..it goes back on easily. I work at martini and cocktail bars where we strain or do…uble strain almost every drink and it’s nice to have something nice to work with.

I specifically ordered Pina Barware because I want the top quality bar tools. Pina has very well made products which are superior to the light weight cheaper tools. I have smaller hands so this strainer is perfect for me and works well for straining cocktails.

Originally I thought I didnt like strainers with long handles like this, I was wrong. The handle on these serves a few different, and useful purposes. First, the handle allows you to store the strainers handle down on your bar, which allows them strainer end to dry much easier. As well I find having the handle allows me to secure my strainer to tins much easier, especially when my hands are wet. These tools are durable, and long lasting. I highly recommend them.
