These guys are substantial. The extra weight feels great, and pulverizes ice and vegetal or fruit ingredients without the need for muddling. I’ve subjected these to all kinds of abuse, and the welding job on the weights has never given out. They’re welded the entire seam and are very sturdy. I own 10. I would buy more.

Great weight and solid design!

I'm hooked on these shakers. They are 60% heavier than the cheapo tin sets I've had and they make me feel like a god shaking drinks in them. More material means they are quieter when shaking, and break apart large ice cubes for excellent dilution and aeration. The tins create a great seal when shaking drinks and are easy to break apart once it's time.My whole team loved these shakers right up until COVID crisis, and I can't wait to use the rest of their tools in my program once bars and restaur…ants can operate again.
