Perlage System Champagne Preserver, 19x10x7, Transparent

I live in Seattle and first saw this thing in a bunch of bars and restaurants. I learned it's the main thing they use to keep champagne fresh for days, weeks, whatever, so they can sell $$$ Champagne by the glass without it going flat. So, assuming the bar pro's knew what they heck they were doing, I decided to get one. Actually I asked for one, and it magically appeared in August for my birthday. All I can say is it works exactly like you want it to. Open the champagne, pour a glass or tw…o and then when you're done, stick it into the Perlage shell, hit the CO2 wand, and that's it ... the Champagne will last perfectly for as long as you want. Perfect fizz forever. Of course, it's prolly more fun to finish the whole bottle (or three), but if you don't, the Perlage means you don't waste a drop. Nice.
