I bought this blender on 2012 and it still working perfectly with its orginal blade.I use it literally every single day.Cannot are be better.

This model is great for home use. My previous one (same model) lasted years and years (cracked plastic bottom cap eventually caused problems, and motor burned out). Ice crusher, food chopper, blended ice drink settings are great. Main uses are large batches of pesto and fresh fruit sorbet, on a regular basis.I especially appreciate the glass blender jar... hard to come by these days with other brands!! Super easy to clean.

This blender has the power to make great smoothies. Yes, it's a little noisy, but aren't most blenders? It does what I want to help raise the health bar with homemade smoothies (without all the sugar you get in .... you know, smoothies from that *unnamed* restaurant). Yes, buy it.

I really like the glass jar but I wanted something more powerful. This lasted six years before I had to get a replacement, at which time I got a more powerful oster Which unfortunately isn’t a glass jar but has more options, such as reverse spinning it has come in handy on many occasions.
