This is my 2nd bag! This is great for keeping the womb balanced and also decreases the symptoms associated with cycles. I learned about this from Queen Afua’s “Sacred Woman” book. It helped regulate my cycles when I was irregular.

I really like this tea, I add a tea bad to my coffe and some oat coffe cremer it is the best way to start my Day.

I use this in the Mr coffee iced coffee maker. I tear open the tea bag and put tea leaves in the filter. Works great! I think the white tea is much less.bitter than black or green in this machine
