Excellent quality. VERY VERY heavy

I have an obsession with wood cutting boards I own over 5. And refuse plastic. However, I was noticing a smell even though I took care of them right after I used them and constantly oiled and conditioned them. They are beautiful to have and will still use them SOMETIMES but this is my new love. It is durable and best of all? Low maintenance!! It took a while to see visibly deep marks but I’m not worried because it is a cutting board that’s it’s purpose but most of all it’s natural rubber and na…tural rubber has antibacterial properties.

Cooking is one of my passions, as well as collecting high quality knives... this cutting board is NSF certified, and treats my knives well. it picks up stains somewhat easily, and it's easy to cut into the board if you cut too hard... but that's a feature of rubber, and not a huge detractor. if it ever bothers me too much, i can just sand the top off and refinish it ;)i may be interested in some different sizes later on, but this is perfect for my main work surface.

I bought this for leather working. I needed something heavy yet durable and softer than a hardwood board or granite board in order to prevent the chisels from getting dull too quickly. It is exactly what I needed.

Everything that's good about a cutting board. Heavy, easy on knives provided you know how to use a knife. Easy to clean. Stains easily removed with a bleach solution in a spray bottle which then doubles as a sanitizer. Recommended.

I'm a chef - these are the best boards you can buy. Worth the price. All high end restaurants use these.

This is NOT one of those discounted product reviews garbage. Don't trust them at all.On that note, this bad boy is a MONSTER!! It's huge and heavy. I like that in a cutting board.If you're looking for something pretty, stylish, and all around eye-candy, this is not for you. It's your basic psychiatric hospital beige. I personally don't care about beauty. I dig the function and it does the job wonderfully.I use one side for veggies and herbs, and the other side for meats. When you start c…utting and hit the board, it feels nice and firm. Cutting definitely leaves marks in it, but I expected that. I haven't had any issues with staining or anything; it washes nicely.I painstakenly research EVERYTHING I need before I buy it. This one is definitely worth the cost. I'm happy with my purchase.

Good for the price!

Sized right for cutting whole deer quarters in the kitchen or handling big cuts of meat. It gives plenty of room to work with bloody or wet cuts.
