Alright, these pans taught me about cooking and the materials used to do so. I know it's an extreme claim to make, but hear me out. I had never cooked on aluminum before, except for foil. Everything cooks so much faster on it. I'm burning my food because I'm used to lower quality pan materials and having to leave my food in the oven longer because of it. No, do not leave your food in longer than recommended on the directions when using these pans. They will actually allow your food to …cook.These do not warp. I saw other reviews mentioning that. Didn't know it was an issue with "cheaper" pans, but these keep their shape after use. They are not nonstick. I don't know why that's a question or part of other reviews. They're easy to clean, though. Do not put these in the dishwasher. It won't ruin their utility, but it will ruin their appearance. The pictures you see on other reviews are staining, not the "finish" coming off. "Dishwasher use is not advised as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan." As you can see in the company's care instructions.

Very durable expect thrr we m to last

These are heavy weight which is just what I was looking for. So many are flimsy and warp in the oven. These do not do that even at a high temperature. Just great.

The tray feels really well made...unlike flimsy competitor products. Wish we had bought these trays years ago!

These pans are thick, at least twice as thick as our last pans. They are also heavier,From first couple of uses, they have performed better than our last pans.They have cleaned up easily, too.Definitely satisfied with them.

Perfect size for small plate, fits nicely in my toaster/air fryer. Personal nachos.

These cooking sheets don’t warp in the oven. I used them twice the other day at 425°, and they still didn’t wore a tiny bit. I absolutely love them, and I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. I highly recommend them.
