Classy and delicious! We used fresh mint from my mom's yard, fresh black raspberries from my backyard, and a low-sugar tonic water, along with the New London Midnight Sun mix, to make these amazingly refreshing drinks. They turned out beautifully and tasted oh so delicious. A light berry flavor with tiny hints of pine. I really liked it more than I expected. We enjoyed a light lunch by the lake with a bit of sparkling flair!

I got the Aegean Sky, which has bitter citrus, olive, and Mediterranean flavors. The bottle is beautiful frosted glass, and it arrived safely secured in bubble wrap. I followed the suggestion to serve with tonic water and garnish with a black olive and rosemary and really enjoyed it. It started off tasting very strongly of the bitter citrus, but the rosemary especially seemed to help bring out the juniper flavor. As I got further into it, I got more of that typical gin taste. This is a really n…ice non-alcoholic option for those who enjoy bitter notes. It’s a little pricey at $40, but it’s high quality and comes in a big bottle that should last awhile. Overall I’m really impressed!

This gal likes control and alcohol bearing substances threaten that feel. Along comes a 'mocktail' Gin and Tonic made with First Light. I was pleasantly surprised by the herbal flavors and the stay-in-control feeling even after 2 drinks!

To me it was just ok.

As I've been experimenting with many different zero-alcohol spirits in determining what to stock my business with, I have to say that this is probably the best London Dry Gin substitute that I've found so far. Makes a pretty damn good martini and really blends well in a Tom Collins!

For the price, I would assume that it should be a bit better, but it somewhat drops the ball a bit in that department. The taste itself isn't bad, but it definitely needs some additions before I could really say that it's good.I just wouldn't say that it's worth the $40 tag

This NA aperitif is definitely a different sort of creature. I’ve just mixed a fresh glass of the stuff, and the top note is floral and citrus, with a bit of sweetness. Initially, it’s a very clean taste. The herbals are there but hide in the background. I cannot taste the Rosemary at all, although I’m assured that it’s there. Same for the Geranium, although the latter may reinforce the Olive. The Rose Hip simply phoned it in. One thing quite noticeable is a strong aftertaste from the Olive. As… anyone who knows how to test for quality Olive oil can tell you, Oleic Acid has a distinct taste all its own, and this aperitif has that taste in abundance. A bit too much so, I would say, as the aftertaste lingers for up to 30 minutes.Mixing this 1-to-3 with light tonic water over ice, as instructed, is somewhat satisfactory. I realize others have shared their results when mixed with alcohol and the like - and this product has all the earmarks of being a great mixer - but I wanted to review this solely on its own merits. By itself, it is refreshingly stimulating. Just please get rid of the lingering aftertaste.

This review is for: New London Light 'Midnight Sun' | 0% Non-Alcoholic Aperitif, 70cl | Nordic wild coastal berries, fresh kelp and pine flavorsI finally had this by serving it chilled and also on ice and it was quite refreshing. I thought the flavors were on the sweet side but the berries / pine were interesting. I don’t know how I’d make this again though. The other guests who had it also enjoyed the drink quite much especially since none of us drink alcohol.Overall, the frosted bottle presen…tation was quite nice. The price though is on on the more expensive side at under $35.
