One screw on the bottom of one of the trays was missing as we assembled it so I emailed Nathan James support. Figuring it was Sunday I didn't expect a reply until sometime later in the week but I got an email back within an hour and by the next day a replacement was on the way!They call their support team "Customer Happiness" representatives and that seems to be more than just a motto.On top of all that "Happiness", they followed up with a package of Godiva Chocolates to thank me for my patienc…e!
