I've had the Mandolin slicer which i purchased years ago, from the state fair. It served me for many years and somehow, through a move or tow, I ended up losing it. Needless to say, I started searching again and voila, I find this one, from the SAME outfit who made the version I lost.Anyhow, once I got this, I was extremely happy to get it. tThe ONLY caveat I will share iwth all of you is: do USE the food holder on the mandolin while slicing veggies or whathaveyou. I learned the HARD way that i…t's still VERY sharp! I cannot tell you just how many people have done and said the same. Don't be like me and not use the holder - you'll be sorry. I ended up with some serious band-aids on my fingers!Would HIGHLY recommend htis product!PROS: Quality, sturdy, well-madeCONS: VERY VERY sharp! Use the veggie holder!

So far I have used it to slice cucumbers and potatoes. I really like all the adjustments for the thickness of the slices.

Nice size. Stays secure to counter. Blades easy to change.

I've had plenty of expensive, commercial grade mandolin slicers and this is by far the best one I've ever owned. The Blades are sharp, easy to change and the hand guard is fantastic. It actually holds the produce in place with 4 sharp prongs rather than you needing to squash a bunch of small teeth into your item to be sliced. Easy to clean, light and takes little space. Highly recommend!

Funciona muy bien, es la 2da que compro. Solo modificaria el soporte de verduras que tiene unas solapas y para realidar el corte rejilla no funciona.

Slices everything so easy. Easy to clean. A little bulky but stores well

surprising how many slices you can get from a Roma tomato with this. awesome slicer for making sub sandwiches, perfect slices each time. I have not tried the dicer settings but I am sure they work as well as the slicer setting. use the guard always, I didn't once and took a small slice from end of my thumb. Very, vert sharp.
