I do a lot of cruises. On a recent cruise, i asked one of the bartenders what they do to make their Mojito's so good. He showed me the Monin Mojito Mix and said this was the secret. I have already gone through one bottle and am working on my second bottle. Cuts the prep time and has amazing flavor. all our friends Mojito drinking friends have switched to this product.

Muddling your mint with this syrup is far better than using sugar

I'm not a mojito drinker but it makes the best Peach Mint Lemonade.

I really love Monin syrups for coffee so I decided to give this a try for mojitos. It did not disappoint. It was amazing. I did use it with fresh lime, sugar, and mint (plus white rum). But, I'm sure it would even be great on its own with rum.
