I was introduced to Monin syrups when I got my first barista job 20 years ago. It is by far the highest quality of syrup you can get in the US. They have an extensive variety of flavors, coconut being one of my favorites. They have even more flavors that are only sold in Europe, as the flavors sold in the US market over the last few years has been tailored down to more cocktail centric offerings. These syrups work great for all types of drinks: coffee, lattes, Italian sodas, cocktails, hot choc…olate, etc. If you have not tried any yet, I highly recommend you do!

My husband likes it a lot in his coffee. He says it has a little artificial taste but I didn’t taste it so I am not sure about that. Overall we are satisfied with our purchase.

I really enjoy this syrup, I got it to make iced coconut lattes and it hits the spot. It’s not too sweet and has a nice coconut flavor, also less is more so should last a while.
