    I purchased this to make blue velvet cupcakes for my son’s birthday. I usually use 2 tablespoons of red food coloring for the recipe, so I just switched to blue. The problem is, food coloring in stores usually only come in 1 oz bottles and are quite costly. This is a cost effective alternative. McCormick is a trusted brand that I was raised on.     I use this for colorizing a fertilizer and herbicide solutions so I'll have feel for concentration and know which weeds have been sprayed. Works well for fertilizer, not as well for weeds.

    My husband needed a large amount when spraying the weeds, yes he puts it in with the herbicide so you can see how far the sprayer is spraying!
