Great quality but does take some practice and lots of wasted cinammon until wah-lah! A design!

These stencils are very nice and have just the right thickness to be sturdy, but not too bulky or heavy. Sifting powders onto your foam takes some practice as the fine powder floats under the stencil and blurs the design. Don't shake the sifter- hold it completely upside down (vertical) and tap it from the bottom (now facing up) so the powder falls directly down.

I love that they are made from Steel that will last for many years. I used them on my desserts and on a dessert plate for that extra special WOW factor for my guests. A variety to choose from which is a plus, don't have to buy different sets. Very Happy.

Love theses! They are a little thin so you need to be careful when you wash them. Besides coffee, I also used them in my Tiramisu!
