Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup (9.5oz) Made with Peruvian Ginger Root

This is not the one I am used to getting but this is very good.

I use this spicy syrup for cocktails.Or I used to.Then I bought a Sodastream Art and thought, "Hey homemade Ginger Beer!".It was a GREAT idea, tastes delicious.BUT two very important hints if you try this:1. Add the syrup AFTER you bubble up your water!2. SLOWLY pour the syrup into a slanted bottle (like 45 degrees). Let the syrup ooze down to the bottom. I like a 1-part syrup to 5-parts water ratio. Then seal the cap TIGHTLY and very slowly turn the bottle until the syrup is mixed. Slowly rel…ease the pressure when first opening and enjoy.

If that's what you want, try this syrup! It is wonderful in a Moscow Mule! And, you don't need much!

This is an amazingly intense ginger flavored syrup. Add it to a Cocktail or a Mocktail for lots of flavor and deliciousness. A little goes a long way.

This arrived quickly, and in a well, packaged parcel. It has a great, full mouth ginger flavor and warmth. I’ve been experimenting with mocktail recipes, and this adds great flavor. I also use this to flavor my carbonated, Soda Stream water. I add it to the already carbonated water. It doesn’t take much to add a nice flavor and warmth. With a dash of ginger bitters, I’ve got a nice mocktail. I’ve also added it to mock hot toddies and ginger tea for an extra oomph and a bit of sweetness.… I’ll be experimenting with the other syrups—looking forward to trying the “Cure All Toddy” recipes at the above. My husband even used it in a marinade for steaks. The possibilities are endless. I recommend this product, and I will be a repeat customer.
