Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial (17 oz) Made with California Blood Oranges

This makes a nice addition to sparkling water or used as a triple sec substitute in a margarita (which then turns an interesting dark-red color). It’s a little sweeter than I thought it would be, so I use it sparingly. However, the flavor is very good.

On time and as advertised.

Tastes just like a blood orange. Makes great cocktails. I made a Blood Orange Margarita added 1oz to a classic margarita. Autumn Aperol Spritz: 1.5 Oz Aperol, 1/2 Oz Lemon Juice, 1 Oz Blood Orange, 1 Oz Apple Cider & top with Prosecco.

Never had a better tasting Margarita.

I used this to make Blood Orange BBQ sauce. It worked incredibly well. A tad sweet, but that ended up working in my favor. We used it on pulled pork, but I think it would be better on chicken. Next batch. Still, nice and thick with good flavor.

The cordial has just the right amount of sweetness for use with ice, water, and soda water combined. Going to save a lot compared to commercial cans of blood orange sparkling water.

Just add this to selzer water. Even better, add it to lime seltzer water. Tastes great and no calories hardly. Great all summer long!

Didn’t want to waste money on blood oranges for mimosas this past Easter, took a chance that this would work. A couple Tbsp. in a flute and a little stir gave me a beautiful color and great taste. Used it for my nephew’s wedding brunch, both the bride and groom loved it.

This cordial has a wonderful flavor & makes a great cocktail. Try it with bourbon & amaro-yummm! The product came well packaged which is always appreciated. No one wants a soggy package.
