Works extremely well in crushing ice. The bag is sturdy canvas, no ice leakage, the mallet is a nice size, very easy to use.

This is great addition to our home bar.

I have a ice making machine, because my refrigerator ice maker quit working. I put the ice created by the new machine into a plastic container in my freezer. Because the created ice gets partially melted when being produced, the pieces of ice tend to stick together in their container when frozen. If I can get ice of this container, that will fit in the supplied bag, then I break up the clumps of ice inside of it. If I can not fit the ice into the bag, then I use the hammer on the ice in the… plastic container. The hammer has no problem breaking up the ice enough for me to use it. I am happy with this unit!

I use this everyday and I love it. Very sturdy and gets the job done. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Works great

This method of crushing ice is simple, effective, fun (cathartic), and because it's not mechanical and the parts are extremely sturdy, likely to last forever. Lots of positives, no negatives...it's a keeper.

It's really great for the times that you just want to beat the crap out of something! It works quite well as far as crushing ice. The bag is heavy duty and the mallet is perfect. I highly recommend it!

The Lewis bag and mallet are great, it's quick and easy to get crushed ice whenever we want, I would recommend this product with the advise of know where your finger are at all times, you don't wany to hit something squishy with the mallet.
