    I actually got these for my husband's anxiety. It helps him when he has panic attacks to hold ice. Of course, that gets messy when it melts. I wanted to get these instead of other kinds of reusable ice cubes so they could stand up to being gripped tightly. Considering that he's squeezing them in his bare hands, they stay cold pretty long.
