The juicer is great just don’t juice frozen fruits or veggies. I tried juicing frozen celery and the drum cracked. Couldn’t buy it because they don’t carry the parts and I can’t buy from other companies because I am not sure it would fit. So I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and timely. Sent me a new drum. I appreciate it. Great juicer all together.

Really works good

I really like this juicer. It's my first juicer so I have nothing to compare it to, but it works as expected. It's not super quiet, but not annoyingly loud. I can hear my TV above the sound on my tablet while I juice. It's overall easy to take apart and clean as well.

Reviewing after one year of use. I use it mostly for Carrots, beets, Pomgranite, and apples. After one year of use it still works like a new. No issues at all. Easy to use and clean.

Celery, Apple and other fruits juicer.

First of all, this is a great masticating juicer. It's easy to assemble and clean. For the price it's a great buy. I enjoyed using it for all of 2 weeks. Then the plastic housing (the drum) suddenly cracked (see pic). Hopefully this is just a fluke and not a design flaw. Customer support for Koios was great, but I now have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the part that cracked. One final suggestion: if you buy this juicer, cut your pieces of hard veggies as small as you can. It will help the juicer's e…fficiency.Update: I got the spare part very quickly, after about a week. The juicer is now working very well. I'm still chopping hard veggies up in small pieces to prevent any possible issues. As a result of the quick resolution, I've upgraded my stars to 4.
