This zester makes very small zest which is great to incorporate into a recipe. I love the "tray" on the back that catches the zest. So no need to dirty a bowl or cup. It is easy to clean (respect the sharp edges) and I love the cover for safe keeping of fingers in between uses.

We needed a zester that was easy to clean and could capture the zest without it falling all over the place. This product also is made to protect against cutting your own fingers when using the product which is a bonus. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Absolute love this thing. I make mead, and often I want to add zest to give it a citrus flavor. This is hands down the best one I've tried. Convenient catch for it (NO MESS) and easy to collect and use, and no worries about getting the white part underneath.

This was a great value. It has a bottom piece that catches, measures and scrapes as you pull it off. My daughter loved using it so I bought one for hers

Honestly, I’m planning on buying more than one of these. We zest a lot and I had to apply so much pressure with my old zester. I have bad joints and it was really a pain. Not only was it hard with the old one, but I’d get the zest all over the place. I started using a whole plate to collect it for my recipes.This thing has actually changed my zesting experience completely. It’s non-stick surface makes it so I don’t have to scrape extras off the front. The zest catcher is the best invention ever…. Like, I’d possibly forego toilet paper if I had the choice (of course, with a bidet). I tap it down pretty hard and have had no problem fitting the zest of two giant lemons with room to spare. I’ve yet to crack the thing and I’m pretty rough with it. This is absolutely worth every penny if you zest often.

This is absolutely the best zester I have ever used. It is quick and self cleaning plus it measures for you as you zest. They thought of everything. I highly recommend it!!
