I love this as an alcohol alternative... but, I also like spritz. A lot of reviews mention bitter taste. Yes, because it's a spritz! The alcoholic spritz is a drink comprised of bitters, sparkling water, and usually, prosecco. If you don't like bitter, don't order a spritz. You may be thinking of a "spritzer," which is a sweeter, or more neutral alternative to the spritz.Now, back to Kin. I do feel the calming effects, but I know some people don't. From what I've heard about nootropics and ada…ptogens, it just affects people differently. I'm not sure which ingredients I feel, but it seems that I primarily feel a difference from drinks with GABA in them. I definitely feel Kin Bloom, and that might be one that those with overly sensitive bitter receptors might prefer.

Hold your breath and chug. Fortunately it’s a smaller serving size. After one I felt no different. After two, I did feel calmer and overall less tense. I don’t think I will purchase again but it was good to try it.
