Tastes great adding almond milk makes it taste like a chai latte. Definitely felt that buzz.

My husband has trouble sleeping but isn't supposed to drink and feels groggy with melatonin. He mixed this with a bit of milk before bed and said he fell asleep easy and rested well without and groggyness the next day. I gufted it to him for Valentines Day with a few other things but it's a little pricey for us to keep in regular rotation.

Wonderful, complex spicy flavor.

Great over ice with a few. Splashes of sprite or tonic to add some bubbles. Calming

Does this thing get me to pass out? Absolutely. Is it somewhat overpriced? Yes. Is it pleasant to sip? No, shoot this one down the hatch and have a chaser ready if u need one. Will it replace alcohol for you? I don’t know, not my intended use. Does it expire rather quickly? Yes, I’d recommend following the bottles instructions of keeping it refrigerated and finishing the bottle within two days.If you’re looking something to help you sleep, this is it though. It achieves that objective masterful…ly and for that alone I’ll give it 5 stars. Two 1 oz shots of this an hour before going to bed should get anyone anyone snoring like Ebeneezer Scrooge in no time.

I’ve been mixing Dream Light with a seltzer for about a year now. This bottle is for mixing, and without enough mixer (I use a whole can of peach & ginger seltzer) it will taste funny with a heavier texture. Works great to help fall asleep. I’ll have one while making dinner or right after for the calming effect and another about an hour before bed. It’s expensive but all of these newer non-alcohol spirits are. The ingredients are undoubtedly expensive to make. Will it take the place of alcohol?… I mean do you expect anything will? They won’t be an apples to apples comparison. Could it possibly help someone transition away from daily alcohol with the right mindset, yes, it helped me. Nothing could take you from an addictive substance overnight though, it took time and reflective work. Worth a try!

I love this stuff... i actually love the taste. It reminds me of a kumbuncha tea... it looks beautiful.. and puts me almost immediately asleep.

I bought this several times when the price was in the $20's .. now the price has increased and priced me out of the market. Like in the $40's .. I feel like since it contains melatonin, I get the same effect as taking a melatonin capsule and it definitely is cheaper..

I was skeptical at first but, having tried it I am pleased. It did give me a calm feeling and I slept well too. Kin Euphorics dream light.
