Finally installed it after it’s been laying around for weeks and I wish I should have done it quicker. The wooden racks give a premium feel and the layout is good for smaller bottles,(aka beers, sodas). I removed one rack so I could fit a little ice bucket.Another thing I like is how quite it is,because the temperature is very stable so the cooler doesn’t have to turn on and off all the time. I’m considering move it into my home office so I don’t have to leave the room for a drink.Happy with the… purchase overall.

The appearance is cool enough, like the blue lamp belt, can hold a lot of wine and drinks, enough space, it is worth mentioning that it can adjust the temperature control! This is great! I can control the wine at my own temperature!

After reading the other review for this built-in wine cooler from a brand I'd never heard of, I was worried about how loud it would be during operation. Well, friends, these fears were unfounded, and I am pleased as punch with the operation of this dual-zone wine cooler.WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT IT:1. Dual zone temperature control - My house is divided between red and white wine lovers, so this is a great all-in-one solution.2. Reaches desired temperature FAST - within 15 minutes of setting the thermo…stat this wine cooler had reached the set temperature. And this was on a hot day where even with AC my home was at 86 degrees farenheit.3. SILENT - I have a beer fridge in the garage that you can hear no matter where you are in my large 2-story home. This wine cooler is nothing like that. I had to literally put my ear all the way up the rear of this unit in order to hear it working. Once it is built into the cabinetry the sound will be further reduced, and thats absolutely fantastic!4. It pretty - blue leds, a digital display on the temperature control unit, and classy wooden racks on the inside are accentuated with a sleek stainless steel bezel around the darkly tinted glass door.5. Build quality feels solid - no creaking or other mysterious noises being made during handing or operation. Everything is finished and smooth and appears well manufactured.6. Spacious capacity inside despite only being the standard 15 inches in width, fits my wine storage needs. My unit arrived with a pretty big dent in the upper, back, right corner, but because this is a built in unit the dent has no real world impact on the performance of this product. The cooler arrived with really beefy and substantial packaging so I'm not really sure how it ended up with the dent, but perhaps the seller could troubleshoot that issue for future consumers.BOTTOM LINE: This is a well built, great looking and high performing built in wine cooler. Yes, it is a little pricey but you're definitely getting a quality product here. The Karcassin dual zone

Five stars...I love this wine refrigerator, it has removable shelves which is great. It has a nice blue light inside and that can be turned on or off. It is very quiet as welland looks really nice when the room is dark. It is easy to set up the temperature dual zone well.

I was looking for a wine cooler that was the same height as my hutch in my dining area and it’s kind of hard to find because everything kind of comes in a boxy smaller version so I was not able to find many wine coolers that are tall and match the height of my hutch but also had an LED light feature.I took a chance on this because I still wasn’t sure if this would exactly match the height or if this would look nice but wow it looks amazing. It matches the height perfectly and the LED light look…s nice especially at night when we have guests come over for dinner we turn the light on and it looks so good.It was really well packaged so there was no damage in shipping. You let it sit upright for about two hours before turning it on. But once we turned on it was immediately ready to be used we just had to put on the handle which took less than two minutes. It comes with two keys so we are able to lock it. I can take about 18 750 ML bottles. The beech shelves are telescopic so you can take them out and then remove a bottle instead of maneuvering when the shelves are locked in one place. The control panel has to be unlocked before use. The first time we used it it was not responding so we got a little scared that it’s not working but you have to hold the lock button for 7 to 10 seconds before it responds with a beep and then you can go ahead and change the temperature. To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius press and hold the up button and the bulb button together. Also prevents any light from going inside that keeps the bottles protected from light. All in all it’s a great wine cooler. There is no vibration or shaking noise. It looks very high end I is simple and easy to use.

Unit fit exactly into space. I was a little concerned about accuracly of dimensions. We had an issues with the Top Zone temperature control. Quick response to a power control board issue. Sent pics of issue (Top Zone Temp not correctly controlled) and had responses and parts within a week... Highly recommend.

I received the wine refrigerator about 7 weeks ago leaving it, in its shipping packaging, for 3 days in my kitchen before unboxing and setting it up. As delivered, the lower light unit was not secured, but was found hanging by its wiring. This did not preclude the use of the refrigerator, so I attached the door handle (very easy to do), moved it to the desired spot in my kitchen, leveled it and plugged it in. I let the unit run for a day before placing my bottles of wine in the refrigerator.Th…e electronic control panel has an electronic lock that must be unlocked (done by pressing the lock/unlock arrows simultaneously) in order to set the desired temperatures for each zone. As others have indicated, the blue LED light generated by the control panel is bright and can't be turned off. I would look at it as a night light, since I don't sleep in the kitchen, thus the brightness doesn't bother me at all. After running the unit over a month (both zones were filled with bottles of wine), I did not detect an appreciable noise level. The unit does periodically cycle on and off as needed, and this is when the unit is only slightly "louder". Again, the noise level was unobtrusive to me and not detectable outside of the kitchen at all. Frankly, I don't think it can be any quieter. The unit comes with two keys so you can lock the refrigerator if needed.Initially, the two zones fluctuated about 3-4 degrees from my set temperatures based upon the control panel readout. There is still some minor fluctuation (a degree or two) most likely impacted by the internal house temperature. Note that I have not attempted to confirm the accuracy of the temperatures and may do that at some point in time.Customer service was good, but don't bother using the phone number provided on the owners manual-it doesn't seem to be answered (I tried 4 or 5 times over two days and my call got dropped each time). Response to email was pretty quick, and a new light unit was shipped to me promptly with no hassle at all.As to the "cons":I emailed customer service regarding the need to unlock the electronic control panel so that I could activate the internal light(s). I was hoping that there might be a way to turn off the electronic lock all together. The email response was that the lock was provided to keep children from changing the temperature. I emailed again and pointed out that there was a physical lock on the door (a plus in my mind), so an electronic lock was redundant an annoying for those who are not concerned with children accessing the unit. The response I got was that the lock was there to prevent children from changing the temperature. I am not sure that the customer service person understood my point so I gave up. Having said that, using the light is not something I plan to do often at all, but it is a feature that is offered and should be easier to use.I would also caution that I ordered the 30 bottle unit, but it will not hold 30 bottles. It is reasonable that if you store wider bottom bottles or longer bottles you will lose storage capacity, but even double stacking bottles on the bottom shelf doesn't get me to 30. I would plan on 18-24 bottles and look at anything more as a plus.Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and hopefully will feel the same way in a year or two.

Really nice chiller. Works great, quiet and nice to look at. Packed amazingly well. Even with the great packing, there was still a small crease in the metal on the back right corner - it can’t be seen, so no real issue. Just goes to show that UPS can defeat even the best backing job.

This dual zone wine cooler is an excellent buy! It keeps each individual zone at the temperatures you set and runs very quietly! Unlike other dual zones with a one piece door, this one has a gasket that keeps the zones separated when the door is closed, maximizing the cooling ability for the upper zone (white wines). The exterior is well done in sleek stainless and black. Most importantly, it exhausts out the front, so there is less strain and heat buildup if installed in an enclosed space.…I has researched many dual zone wine coolers, and this is the best within the price range.
