Forgot to take it out of the oven when rising dough. It recorded almost 400° before it knocked off. Then it came back on line when cooled! I have used for years AND it's still going strong...

Device was found immediatly by Home Assistant. Because of this I don't even need to use the App.I would have prefered a Zigbee solution, but this BLE device seems to work fine.It is used to monitor the temperature in my grand-daughters aquarium.

I waited a while to review this to make sure all would be well and it is! I’ve had it for about 4 months paired with a humidifier that also tells levels of humidity and temp. They’re always spot on together. Very pleased and would definitely recommend

I bought this over 2 years ago after trying several other pool thermometers. I enclosed it in pvc to protect it, and I didn’t want it floating around. The probe is in the end of the tube and the control unit is in the adjoining junction box. It sits neatly on the spa deck with the probe in the water. I painted it brown to blend in.In the two-plus years it had worked flawlessly, providing great accuracy and reliability. I have to change the battery about every 6 months which is easy to do (…app shows battery level). In order to extend coverage past Bluetooth range (about 40 feet) I recently purchased the Inkbird wifi gateway. Wow! Now I can see the spa temp on my iPhone from anywhere and it works perfectly. I highly recommend these products (both thermometer and wifi gateway).

As the title says, it is working well for me. Attached to metal beam in a utility area by its magnets, the Bluetooth range is quite good - my phone can read the data from 30 feet away and on another floor..CSV data is easy to import into Excel or other spreadsheets. The app is OK, but this review is for the device, the app has its own reviews in the Google Play Store.

I’ve been using it to measure everything from my garden and my garage and camper. It has great range.

I own several of these devices and appreciate their many features. When one of them did fail, I was very pleased with their customer service and processing of my warranty claim.

A good remote thermometer. The data downloads nicely. Good to most degrees.

I've been using one of these for monitoring my indoor pool for about 18 months now. I've been very happy with it. I'd rather it go directly to Wifi, rather than requiring a gateway/hub, but it all works fine. Great monitoring, logging, temperature alarms using my Android phone. Two issues though: 1) when looking at the datalog, it appears that it's resolution is only 0.2 degrees. Not a big deal depending on what you are using the data for. 2) When you change the batteries, is looses any …logged data (not a big deal -- download first), but more annoyingly, it sometimes has trouble reconnecting to the hub. Sometimes power cycling the hub fixes it. But, most importantly, make sure the BT is turned on on the thermostat. It is easy to accidently turn off due to the fact that you use the same button to switch C/F degrees, and the BT. Some 1 star reviews were ranting about reconnecting problems. I had the same problem/frustration until I figured that one out. Otherwise, it is an awesome unit. (no comment on the humidity measurement -- I don't pay attention to it). Hope this helps.
