I bought this for my Mom who loves iced coffee. She spends a lot of money on iced coffee & is on a tight budget. She is enjoying it. It needs to stay in the freezer, which in her case is ok. It's not small, which is both a pro and con. She loves large iced coffee. However, for families or those with tight freezer space, that would be a drawback. She lives alone and doesn't eat much meat so it works well for her! I would purchase it again for her.

I keep mone in the freezer so it is ready to go. Makes iced coffee in less than 5 minutes so I now can use a k cup rather than a pot of coffee stored in the refrigerator. Easy to clean

Best iced coffee ever, no watered down home brew. Would be amazing if it didn't crack. I used it about every day for a couple months, then the dreaded crack. So sad, I really miss it!

I’ve been using my mine for nearly a year. Still in good shape. Quickly cools coffee. Gets used nearly every day.Made of metal inner containers and plastic exterior. Cracking may be caused by overfilling water that expands when frozen? I’ll rinse the inside (which I fill with only coffee, no milk or cream) then pop it back in freezer. After several uses, I’ll let it melt completely so I can unscrew all the parts for thorough cleaning.

My chiller broke a month after purchased. Was never dropped and was not over filed. But I wrote the company and they are sending me a new one.

I was so excited to use this, followed the instructions, and pulled it out of the freezer with a big crack. Contacted the company and will retur it to get a new one.
