Hutzler Melamine Handles Serving Tray, 20" x 15", White

This was a good purchase. It's very large, and seems to be well made. I previously had a wooden serving tray, which was starting to come apart at the corners.

I’ve been using this tray for awhile. I am still amazed by its ceramic smoothness quality! Love it!

This large serving tray is lightweight and sturdy. However, if you make Jello shots you will need plenty of room in the fridge.

Made well. Hard plastic. Very easy to clean.

I really like these trays and own four of them. The big downside is that the surface is slippery. This is easily remedied by putting down a cloth or something (I use a cork rectangle I happen to have that fits well).I would not say these are sturdy. I dropped one and it broke. But I will say that I liked the tray enough that I bought a replacement.Personally I love how these trays look. Love the clean visual line.The other upside for these is that they are lightweight. I use trays in my h…ome a lot, and the other main kind of tray I use is on the heavier side. I might not have thought anything about that, but one of my children has issues with her joints and the weight of the other tray is too much on her hands, but this one she can manage (if there isn't too much on it, of course).

I do a whole lot of baking for a large numbers of people. So I prefer using washable serving platters instead of the cardboard and boxes that are so available these days. Using the bake trays just makes it much more appealing and personal. They are sturdy, easy to wash and dry. And then ready to go for the next time!
