I think I heard someone complain about how stuff can easily get stuck in it because of the mesh strainer included. Which is partly true. It does clog more easily when you use the mesh strainer, but you can also easily take out the mesh strainer if you don't need or want it. Just unscrew the metal components and easily take it out.I like this pitcher. It looks nice. I got it to make water infusions, which I'm not drinking as much as I should be, but I have lemon water chilling in the fridge righ…t now, and it's a nice option.

I got this pitcher to make iced tea in; I worry about pouring boiling hot water into plastic, and this pitcher was rated to take it. I was also hoping it would fit in the fridge.Yes to both; I have been using it for a week to make iced tea with no problem. The glass it is made of seems a bit thin for this size of pitcher (it wouldn’t be thin for a drinking glass though, so) and I’ve been handling it gently, but had no problem. The lid is a bit weird—there’s a lower level with sort of a fine …mesh filter arrangement, I suppose so that if the tea bag breaks it will filter the tea leaves out of your drink as you pour—but it seems to work fine, and anything caught in it appears to be fairly easy to get off again.It fits in the fridge very compactly, on either the bottom level (tallest) or the top level (second tallest), making it convenient for everyday use, but at the same time has a very classic look that would fit in fine in a more formal situation.I’m seriously considering getting a second to hold fruit juice or chilled water.

This pitcher is the best I have seen. Perfect size, easy to clean, heat-resistant, and even comes with its own cleaning sponge thingy. I am so glad I bought it!

Prevents pulp from flowing

Light weight, good volume and pretty, very happy with the purchase! It even comes with a brush for cleaning it.

I don't stress it with hot or cold, I just use it to store kombucha in the refrigerator. I've been using it this way for a couple months, no complaints!
