I was tired of scraping my knuckles as I tried to stir honey into the pitcher, as I made iced tea (first step, boiling water!). These spoons served the trick -- very long and nice looking to. There's a circle tab on one end that is easy to hold, and though the spoon is not very deep, I did measure out the honey, a teaspoon at a time.

Perfect addition to home bar. Spoons are standard 5ml for measuring. Love the muddler and flat surface for layering cocktails.
