My husband likes to drink Hella cocktail bitters in place of a cocktail. He enjoys all the flavors in the variety pack.

You can mix these with alcohol or just have them over ice. I like them simply over ice after dinner. They help me digest and are extremely refreshing and delicious. They also help me cut down on my wine drinking, because they taste complex like a cocktail, but are alcohol free. They give you that sense of having the ritual of a drink, without the booze. I just wish they weren't so expensive!

Love the product but cans are lethal ( fizzes over and sprays everywhere), maddening

Just complex enough to trick you into thinking it’s a cocktail; a little bit to get used to it but once you do, it’s great to help relax. I’ve reordered twice.

I have mixed feelings about these, but more on the not so good side. One thing I don’t like is the spice mixes, it seems unbalanced. This is a you either like it or hate it.

Fairly pricey for sparkle water. But they are more than that. The aromatic flavors are the bomb. They not zero sugar but who cares they are delicious. Mmm drink them with Sorel.The rest are meh.

These work as mixers, but they also just work as a nice complex drink on their own. If you’re tired of sweet sodas and fruit-flavored seltzers, these can be a nice change of pace. You have to like a bit of bitterness, though.

The drinks are indeed bitter. We liked all the flavors. They are refreshing and taste good. Mostly low calorie depending on the flavor.

These "Hella Cocktail Co. Bitters & Soda" (12x 12oz cans variety pack) are very tasty, refreshing and very well (respectably) made. Naturally flavored, gluten free, vegan, non-gmo certified. This variety pack comes with 4 cans of Spritz Aromatic, and 2 cans each of Lemon Lime, Grapefruit, Ginger Turmeric and Dry Aromatic; all but the Spritz Aromatic are sugar free and low calories (<10cal per can).The flavors are cool, with some funk, and if you like "bitters" and are adventurous on your cockta…ils, then you will like these. These will open up your beverages and cocktails world a little more. For making alcoholic drinks, cocktails, these work very well in the "refreshing" cocktails category, basically, as "advertised", just add your favorite spirit and some ice, it will instantly become a respectable, frizzy, pretty cocktail.And if you want something refreshing and crafty, yet non-alcoholic, you can play around with any juice (orange, pineapple, cranberry etc..) or lemonade, and instantly create a classy mocktail. Definitely play with some garnish too, add a slice of pineapple, drop in some blueberries, top with a few mint leaves, just play along!Even though, you need only 4oz of this "Hella Cocktail Co. Bitters & Soda" per cocktail, I still think that this product is slightly pricy; a case of 12 cost $40, each can cost around $3.3.
