This little knife is great. Solid construction, great detail, beautiful. I use it to break into fermented tea blocks but it would also be great for opening letters or even probably okay as a pocket knife if you sharpened it a bit. Beautiful carvings on the wood and beautiful Damascus style metal for the blade. Everything fits well, no vibrations or weird areas. Seems like a piece that is much more expensive than it is.

Got this for opening mail. I like the engraved oriental motive on the casing. Blade is sturdy and functional but needs sharpening, the Damascus steel adds a nice look. Would make a decent improvised weapon that is not obvious to the casual observer.
