This tray is not too heavy, but very sturdy and the right size. It is a quality peace and my son came over to my house and asked if he could take them camping.

Bought this tray to protect a dresser top.... I put my plants on top, so water splashes don't ruin the top. Works great!

Sturdy, textured tray that helps prevent slipping of items and easy clean up. I bought four trays. I use a tray to carry items, teacups/saucers, meals, etc to all the places I need at home. Really cuts down on trips to/from wherever because I can carry more stuff. I love using a tray on bed for morning coffee. Guests can carry their plate, beverage and unload on dinning table or outside decks to eat - really makes clean up so much easier with the ability to carry lots of dishes back to kitchen …with ease. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a tray to move meals for two from downstairs regularly, and this checks every feature on my list: large enough for a bunch of bowls and plates, dishwasher safe, sturdy enough to hold large bowl of soup, non slippery surface, and finally has handles. Obviously being plastic it won't hold super heavy stuff as well as wood or metal trays, but wood trays cannot be washed in dishwasher, and metal trays are usually quite slippery. Buying another one as backup.

Yes it is plastic but I use it for an ottoman tray. I can put cups and bottles on it and don't have to worry about using a coaster. It has groves like wood and looks like an expensive wood tray without the weight and the damage. Easy to clean also.

Nice size. The handles make it easy to carry. The nonslip surface is useful.
