Works just fine

Have had this machine for over a year now. No problems with it and we use it almost every day. Ice cubes are hard and clear, I can't stand soggy ice cubes......they melt too fast. If and when this one dies I will definately buy another.

Puts out a lot of ice fast. They do come out as a full sheet so you have to break em up but its not horrible. I recommend using filtered water

I have had a couple different counter top ice makers and this one so far is my favorite. Large water tank, nice dense cubes and holds a lot of cubes in the basket. Other ice makers the ice melts so quickly or trips the full sensor for too long letting the ice get low and never hold a lot. This thing i have yet to run out of ice for a drink. The only down sides is it is loud when the cubes drop out of the freezing section and you have to break them apart to fit into smaller cups.

I absolutely love this ice maker. It makes great ice, that ladies not melt immediately. Great size and shape of ice. It is easy to use. Best ice maker I have used.

It does a great job of making ice and quickly. My only complaint is I wish when the ice dropped into the tray after being made it would break into individual cubes. We get big sheets of ice that need to be broken up to fit in your glass.

This machine makes nowhere near 40lbs per day. It takes 30 minutes to make one batch, longer for the first batch. This is with the thickness setting at factory spec.Edit: customer made it right. I'm happy with the outcome
