Reliable since purchase, creates ice quickly and no strange flavors....just water. Very pleased with this purchase.

I took out the product and used it with ease. I found that the cubes formed uniform and wasn't deformed as claimed by other products for this function. It filled the bucket in a timely manner. Pleased with the noise it does have a fan that runs to keep it cool, but it has to be expected to keep machine working properly. Ice didn't taste funny. I will be recommend your product to others who are interested in having ice. My machine will be put on my bar for the convenience of drinks, I plan to se…e how it does when summer comes out side for drinks on the porch.

We love this makes great ice in a short amount of time. We usually make ice 2 to 3 times a week.

It works great. It’s not noisy at all. The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the ice. The small and large are both the same size.

I bought this for my son, who is in the military. He wanted more than a tray of ice as he is in a HOT CLIMATE. He loves it, it was perfect for his needs. He said it’s a bit loud when it releases the ice, but that’s to be expected.
