Used for BBQ sauce to give away. Solid seal that is not loose like some of these types of sealable tops I’ve encountered in the past.

I bought these for kombucha but they are great for so much more. Vinegar, dressings, oils, and even granules like raw sugar. I don't think they would be great for powders like flour, though. That would probably just clog the narrow neck. They are a bit difficult to clean, but that's the case with any bottle of this type. I tried running them through the dishwasher but I don't think the inside got very clean so now I hand wash them, then run them in the dishwasher for heat sanitization. Not a hu…ge deal most of the time but when I'm fermenting I want to make sure not to introduce any foreign objects into the delicate ecosystem. All in all, they seem to be perfect for my needs. Very happy with them!

Worked fine for me, arrived unbroken and with a funnel. They were pretty thoroughly bubble wrapped as well so the packaging seems to be of good quality.

I make about a gallon and a half of kombucha at it fits all 6 bottles. They’re expensive but they work. Hopefully I don’t break one lol

There are many of this style of bottle for sale. Originally, I chose this one because the product information and pictures accompanying the listing were very useful and appropriate for my questions. Additionally, it got good reviews from buyers. I've been using these bottles for about a month now, and I can concur with other reviewers: I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The bottles are well-made, the seal is so tight we have no problem laying these bottles down on their sides… in the refrigerator shelves. The top locking mechanism is not flimsy, so I have confidence they will not break off. The bottles come with a silicone collapsible funnel to help fill them, an unexpected nice extra.A few details I can provide that I found not completely clear in reading the descriptions and reviews:- the box holding the bottles was basically a corrugated cardboard box within another corrugated cardboard box -- very safely protected- the bottles are also triple-ply rolled in bubble wrap upon arrival to protect them. I had no broken bottles.- the bottles each hold 33.75 oz- the height of each bottle is 12.5" when sealed closed (this was very important to me as they would not have fit standing up in my refrigerator door shelf if they were taller)

I love these bottles. I have been drinking out of plastic for years refilling and refilling the plastic bottle until I feel like it’s no longer sanitary and then it goes into a landfill. I bought a bottle of rainwater that came in a glass bottle and I just loved the way it felt on my mouth so I thought to look for some with lids. These are perfect. They fit 32 ounces so I know I want to drink at least two of them a day. I can keep them chilled in the fridge instead of sitting in a big jug on my… counter, and they just have a really nice mouth feel. Also great that I’m not dumping these into a landfill. Family-owned business with a nice little hand out thanking me for my support, and that goes a long way with me. I would far rather support family run companies.

I have had pizza take longer than the order I placed. Inside was a very sweet thank you note. AYL is a small business and I received more than I expected. The order also came with a collapsible silicone funnel. Now I just need to find a cleaning brush for the bottles.

The glass bottles arrived intact and on time! Lovely note inside! The bottles will be used to make home made fermented ginger ale! Yum!
