Perfect for what I needed
Needed a new warmer tray, the dimensions were perfect. Heavier duty than the original.
Used this as a roasting pan for a large item. Worked like a charm.
This works great as a litter pan for two young cats. No signs of rust after 3 months of use. The 4" depth and 1" dripless lip work well to keep some of that litter from spilling out onto the floor, though some always does. A 6" pan would do better, but I think it would have been too deep for kittens. Dimensions inside are 12" x 20" x 4" inside 14" x 22" x 4-1/4" outside. This pan can be lifted easily at the flange even with litter and poop inside. Great for bringing it out to guests in the livi…ng room to announce, "Hors d'oeuvres anyone?" The edges on the lip are thin but not so sharp as to cut bare skin. I'm using this along with a deeper 1/6 pan
consistent with description. shipping was not constant but understandable.
This worked perfect for boiling sap and cleaned up nicely. Good price too.
Perfect I actually bought this to use in my Masterbuilt XL Propane smoker as a water/drip pan. Fits Perfect. Also Nice if you are cooking a large Roast of some kind or need to steam cook something in the oven.
I like to make pizzas and I like a natural rise with no punching down. My dough can rise 5" with care and the topping can be up to 3/4" in addition. Cooking lowers the rise by about an inch. Now, where is a pan higher than a sheeter? Oil and bread and pizza sauce plop to the bottom of the oven and burn and impart a burned smell to the pizza. Most pans are aluminum which is not the best choice for health, but it imparts a crust because of easy heat transmission. Now this "pan" is perfect b…ecause I can raise the dough in it, add topping and there is not a single spill in the oven. Not only that it has curved sides for easy pizza removal and it is thin walled which makes quick baking with a nice crust. Did I mention the half inch lip all the way around that provides a no slip surface to pick up the pan when it is hot?Pizza:Start with good water, add a pinch of yeast that comes in the pint sized bottle. Don't add any sweetener. Let it sit for an hour. Add a bunch of unbleached white flour, maybe some brown rice flour or kamut flour to the water/yeast. Make sure it is very liquid and can whip with a whisk. If the whisk is not cutting cleanly through the flour, add more water. Leave this mixture overnight. Now begin adding flour gradually over the hours until it is gloopy and not stiff. Let this rise slowly and it may take up to a day. Carefully spoon pre cooked sauce and toppings on the top, and ensure it is layered on slowly with a spatula so the rise does not fall. Bake!
Purchased this pan to boil maple sap into syrup on a turkey frier; it is a sturdy pan, gives good surface area, is easy to clean.
I am so happy with this item, I will be coming back for another in a couple of months.
