Just needed an inexpensive wine bottle opener and this was just perfect for family visits over last few weeks

I found there are basically two types of "screws" that go into the cork. The one actually looks like a screw, do not purchase this type and it easily can be pulled out and leaving the cork still in the bottle. This particular one uses a 'spiral' screw, it really grips more of the cork and pulls it out without any issue. Highly recommend.

This is a no-frills corkscrew that is well-made, affordable and so easy to use. A must have for women lovers!
