I’ve had the same mug since nov 2019 & it’s still working great! I didn’t think it was something I would use but it’s become my #1 mug, I keep it at my desk and it keeps my coffee exactly the temp I like. Only problem is when you have just a little coffee it can be surprisingly warm but it’s easy to turn off the mug in the app.It’s a great gift and also great item.
