Fantastic item. I used it for a company picnic and it worked perfectly. It gets hot enough that you could almost cook on it!!!

Works great, even on low, keeps everything plenty warm without drying. Excellent for the price.

I ordered 2 of these the first one came undamaged but the second one unfortunately came damaged at the heating base. I returned one but used the other one. Worked really well kept the food warm and was able to hold enough food. Would definitely recommend but please inspect item completely before using

I used it for a taco night at my house to keep all the meats. Beans, and rice warm. It really did keep all the food warm without actually “cooking” it and drying it out. It was so nice that not one person had to use the microwave to reheat their food. I loved it so much I’ve been telling all my friends who love to host. I know it is a safety feature, but the only thing I would change is I would make the cord longer. But that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I like the versatility of being able to use one small pan with the large pan, or all three small or whatever you want. Easy to clean. Looks nice for parties! Very pleased!

This is the best purchase I have ever made for entertaining. My family members ask to borrow this all the time. I also use it several times a week to keep dinner warm when family members are all eating dinner at different times (busy / different schedules).PROs: All of the trays and lids are dishwasher safe. I’ve purchased 2 of these and used dozens of times without any issue or breakage. Use the 5 quart (2 trays) for small family meals; and the 7.5 quart (4 trays) for entertaining. Good capaci…ty (about 4-6 servings of food in each tray). Heats up fast and stays warm while on. It is lightweight and easy to store. I like the large edges as handles to move this around safely.CONs: The heat control is adjustable but in my experience, it needs to be on max to keep the food hot.

Worked perfectly exactly as needed. It did look a bit smaller than expected, I did read dimensions, but it still fit a good amount of food. It kept food warm for a long time. Warmed up fast cleaned up well.

I use this whenever we have large groups over to eat. It holds a lot of food and keeps it hot. It comes with three large trays but I purchased some smaller ones to further divide the warmer. The trays it comes with are 1/3 size, 2.5 inches deep, in case you need replacements. The smaller ones I purchased elsewhere are 1/6 size, 2.5 inches deep. I imagine this would also hold a single full tray size catering tray but I haven't tried that myself. The catering trays I purchased in bulk are sturdie…r and better made than the trays it comes with but the included ones are adequate. Overall I'm very happy with this and would recommend it.

We used this warmer for our grad's party. We put out smoked pulled pork and brisket in it and it kept the meat at just the right temp. I think we will use this at least monthly.

Bought this to replace our previous one of same brand that was probably at least 12 years old. Trays from old are compatible.
