It's great for smoothies it does wonders

This margarita maker does its job, but could be a little better. The thinner ice shaving setting still makes pretty thick chunks of shaved ice. This isn't a huge deal, but if you like more of a smooth texture like I do then it's a little disappointing. Also, it is very loud. You can't have a conversation while this is running. The ice also only gets half mixed in to the margarita. You have to keep stopping the machine to manually stir in the ice. Finally, the pitcher is fairly small and you onl…y get about 2.5-3 margaritas out of a batch. For the price, it does it's job and gives you a frozen margarita. If you are planning on using this for hosting parties, I might spend the extra money and get the Margaritaville one.
