This is a great tool for kitchen or workshop. Had a soldering project for my wife and my irons were not hot enough so put on the soldering tip and the job was done in no time. What I really like is the start button can be locked on and doesn't wear out your thumb holding it down. The safety is also very easy to use. Well made and nicely packaged in its own metal box with all the attachments.

Used to heat a branding iron to stamp blank wooden tokens for our business. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it.

I purchased this torch to do silver soldering. It works very well for soldering. I love it's small size. It's easy to use and to handle. Easy to refill. The flame is adjustable. It will melt small pieces of silver. I have found sources who say that small torches like this one don't get hot enough to do crucible work. I haven't tried it. It will melt small pieces though. Awesome torch!

This torch has been great, I purchased it for some woodworking projects and so far, it has been flawless. It's easy to light and has a safety on it in case a child gets a hold of it, which they shouldn't in the first place. If you're doing large wood projects, you might want to get a larger torch just for the sake of speed.
