Health wise it’s perfect. Flavor is quite pungent. A little pricey but worth it.

While I only received one bottle the balsamic vinegar is great. The biodynamic component is the reason I purchased.

If your using vinegar for health reasons but your sick and tired of that gross apple cider vinegar that seems to be the only unprocessed sugar free choice this is it. I wish there was more blueberry vinegar on the market. Its pretty much what you would expect from Vinegar, this one in particular is very pure. For cooking It has a nice mild blueberry flavor that you can pretty much use with anything. I hope they never stop making this.

For some reason this page won't let me ask a question. I need to know if this vinegar has saccharomyces cerevisiae added to speed up fermentation time. I'm allergic to this yeast and can no longer have apple or grape vinegars. Thanks

Pairs very nicely with Dr. Mercola Olive oil. Makes for a delicious salad dressing. Also great on cheeses. Rich balsamic flavor. Love it. I'd definitely recommend. Great value.

Understand there are many great health and flavor benefits of vinegar, but have not been able to embrace.Because of its many benefits, ventured to try this one as my start. A very pure and carefully developed vinegar...Greece!Vinegar yes, but a layered sweet sour taste, added in small measures and one I definitely can appreciate.
