I don't know why my deviled egg yolks don't come out right anymore, but this fixed that problem lickety split!! It also crushes croutons into fine breading for various foods and grinds chia or flax meal into flour with no problem. Love that chop runs one way and grind the other. Grind is also a little faster and more aggressive. With pulses each way, I think this is my new best friend in the kitchen next to my Blendtec blender. It's size also makes it easy to store and clean. I had all bu…t given up on Cuisinart, but this product restores my faith in their applicances

I had a one cup chopper which I liked but was too small. This 3 cup chopper is perfect for chicken salad or anything else that requires lots of chopped items.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Perfect size! Got rid of large food processor and full size blender. I make hummus regularly and this is perfect for 1 batch.

Awesome machine! So glad I purchased this. Didn't know what I was missing for so long. Saves me hours of prep time when cooking in the kitchen. Blades are extremely sharp and must be handled responsibly. Definitely recommend this product.

There are so many times that you don't need a full food processor - just chopping up a few nuts or dicing an onion. This 4 cup processor is perfect. It's actually our second one...the blade cracked after a measly 25 years of service or so and I just bought a new one because the replacement part was nearly as expensive.
